Revenue of at least $10 million

The same firms as the home table. The last column says whether a firm is on the purchase screen, and why not when it is not.

Every firm whose latest reported revenue clears USD 10 million, plus Chilean firms whose tax sales band starts above that line. This file does not change a grade, a rank, or a price. Open the company file for the purchase case.

Pipeline

Watch, shortlist, diligence, or a recorded pass. The desk stays in this browser. Export it to move the same list to another one. It does not change a grade, a rank, or a price.

Up to six files, side by side. Same figures as the company file.

Companies we can price, by country and industry. A cell opens that slice.

Source catalog

Registries, filings, and datasets from the country sweeps. Usable hides rows marked disputed or unreachable. It does not grade the source.

Method

Plata buys the company, then accelerates how it runs. Each country was checked against the same list of facts, and a second pass reopened the sources and recomputed sample companies. Money is USD millions at that year's average exchange rate. A purchase is a five-year hold: a cautious case, a base case, and a strong case. Light debt is the case we trust. Heavier debt, and the case after acceleration, sit beside it. Profit-sharing, taxes, and the cost of selling are set per country. We buy only when the return clears that country's cost of equity. Where a company was not researched one by one, the AI, disruption, and acquirability scores are the industry pattern, and the file says so. These are purchase cases, not a formal valuation. Pipeline stages, notes, saved views, compare pins, and the Analysis set stay in this browser. Lookalikes are a sort of industry, sales, margin, and ownership class already on the file. File coverage counts fields present here. It is not an outside audit.
